To Change Screen Resolution to 1024 X 768 pixels:

If this website doesn't seem to display in the way you might expect it may be because the screen resolution being used to view this site is too low.  To set a higher resolution right click the mouse with the pointer anywhere in the background of the Desktop.  From the menu that appears click "Properties"

The following "Display Properties" window will appear.  Click the "Settings" Tab.  If the"Screen Area" slider is set to a low resolution ( eg. 800 by 600 ) move the slider until 1024 by 768 Pixels is displayed and click "Apply".

A warning window may appear informing you that the screen may flicker.  Click "OK" and the screen will change to the resolution of 1024 by 768 pixels.  A small"Monitor Settings" window may appear giving you a 15 second countdown to either accept the new screen resolution or let it revert back to the previous setting.  Click"Yes" to keep the new screen settings.

With this new resolution setting this website will appear as I've designed it.  When I have more time I'll edit the site to display as well at lower screen settings, such as 800 by 600 Pixels, as it does at higher settings.
